Excel to PDF

Convert XLSX, XLS, ODS or CSV spreadsheets to PDF.

Loading the interactive tool… It runs in your browser — if it doesn't appear, enable JavaScript.

Convert spreadsheets into PDFs that print and share cleanly — rendered by LibreOffice Calc, a full spreadsheet engine, so cell formatting, column widths and number formats come through faithfully. CSV files work too: they're laid out as a clean table, which beats whatever your email client does with raw commas.

Like our other document converters, this runs on our server; files are converted in memory and deleted immediately.

Frequently asked questions

How are wide spreadsheets handled in the PDF?

The engine honours the sheet's print settings: page size, orientation and print area if defined. Very wide sheets split across pages — set a print area or landscape orientation in your spreadsheet first for the best result.

Do formulas convert?

Their results do — the PDF shows calculated values exactly as the sheet displays them. Formulas themselves aren't part of a PDF; it's a snapshot, not a live spreadsheet.

Does every sheet in the workbook convert?

Yes, all sheets render in order, one after another. Hide sheets you don't want included before converting.
